Protecting your Privacy At USGHD, we’ve got your back when it comes to your style and those all-important personal details. Our customers are super important to us, which means protecting our customers by keeping their personal data and information secure at all costs is a main priority. We know the world of data security can be tricky (and a little zzzz), but we want you to be fully clued up on everything you need to know when it comes to your personal information and how it’s used. Consider this your guide to all things privacy related.
Shipping policy
- Regular order is FREE SHIPPING order. The turnaround time is 14 business days. The orders may be carried by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or USPS.
- Priority order costs extra shipping fees to speed it up as 7 business days. Meaning the order is arrival in 7 business days. The order sheet will tell the estimated date of arrival.
- Rush order costs you most for extra shipping fees to speed it up as 4 business days.
- Track number will be offered once it is shipped out so that you can chase all along.
- USPS will require no signature. But UPS, DHL and FedEx will take your signature for the delivery. So telephone number is very important!
- There is always delivery delay by some weather, custom clearance, traffic problem etc. Of course the delivery company offers the delay issue document to the proof of the delay.
- Packages would be missed if you have the package in the front door.
Refund policy
- Quality issues. Bad quality approved we will refund fully or you can take remake in rush on agreement. Take the bad quality pictures, all pcs of them and cut them off. We don’t need the package but cut them off all. Then we will remake it in rush or refund your order fully.
- Missing guaranteed date. We will have your order refund fully if it is not meet your deadline. Unless it is because of delivery delay on irresistible reasons, like the bad weather, custom clearance, traffic issues etc.
- Order cancels. You have 12 hours to cancel regular order (14 business days order). You have 6 hours to cancel priority order (7 business days order). You have 2 hours to cancel rush order. Fully refund. Otherwise you have only partly refund, depend how far the order is going. If order is under production, not ship out yet, you can have 10% to 20% refunds back to you. If it is already shipped out, we cannot cancel it anymore.
Price Policy
- We have free shipping to regular orders which is arrival to USA everywhere by FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT or USPS.
- Prior-orders are the price to 7 business days.
- Rush-orders are the price to 4 business days.
- International orders require different prices to upgrade. It will take you extra more to NON-USA orders. You will see on the Order now pages.
- Basically price (cheapest style option) is to debossed text style only.
- Embossed-printing style text is the most prices from all.
- Blank ones can be ordered online without text designing. Cheapest ones, but blank ones.
- We have all the orders FREE SALES TAX.
HOW WE GET YOUR INFO
Most of the information you, the customer, provide us with happens when you’re engaging with us and our brand. This could be from anything from browsing the site, to purchasing and registering for an account.
When creating and registering an account, you may provide us with personal information including your name, email address, delivery address, phone number, credit card details, date of birth and other general marketing preferences.
We may also receive information from you via you entering one of our competitions, participating in any feedback questionnaires around your shopping experience with us, or from any communication you may have with our customer services team.
WHAT YOU'RE USING (DEVICE INFORMATION)
When it comes to the technology you’re using to shop with, we collect device specific information which can include the model, operating system, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.

We, of course, use your address and contact data to ensure we can deliver all the must-buy products you purchase with us to your front door as soon as possible. We will also drop you several emails and text messages to provide you with updates on your order. On this, we also share selected information with our trusted courier partners, so they can also keep you updated on your parcels progress.

TAKING YOUR MONIES (PAYMENT)
Not all the best things in life are free. At some point, if you buy clothes from us, we’ll need to take the payment for them. We use your card, and address information to process your transaction via our third-party payment processors. If when checking out you select the option requesting us to save your card details for future use, we use a secure storage method called tokenisation which means no one can see or copy your details. THE NITTY GRITTY (FRAUD PREVENTION)
To protect our customers and services, we use data to prevent fraud and malicious activity. This includes the use of your Internet Protocol address (aka your IP address), device information and address data. This also ensures we meet our legal responsibilities to ensure our business and customers are protected at all times.

This ensures that companies have a standard for protecting and processing your data. We sometimes provide personal information to third parties to perform services on our behalf. If we transfer personal information to a third party, the third party's access, use, and disclosure of the personal data must also comply with Privacy Shield obligations.
